After-Hours Virtual Visits

Did you know? More than 65% of ER visits can be avoided.

To help our patients avoid the cost and inconvenience of emergency room or urgent care visits, we now offer after-hours & emergency care virtual visits performed by emergency-trained doctors, called Crucialist.

This is a free benefit to our current patients. Simply call our office number after hours to be connected to a doctor. There is no cost per call and no call limit.

When you call, a team member will verify your information and transfer you to a Crucialist doctor for immediate care. Every one of our Crucialist doctors is a board-certified emergency medicine doctor. Because they are ER doctors, they can review your symptoms, write prescriptions, answer questions, and guide your care in the same way you have come to expect from our office.

After your visit, the Crucialist will inform your doctor and help you schedule any follow up appointments.

So, if you think you need to go to an emergency room or urgent care center, call our Crucialist emergency doctors first. They will start reviewing your symptoms right away, treat you virtually, and make sure you get quick access to the kind of care you need.

We have included some frequently asked questions, and if you have any questions about this, please feel free to call our office.
