Ralph

Ralph Flores, Chief Executive Officer

Ralph has extensive financial, operational and administrative management healthcare experience serving in various roles prior to joining Cholla. He has been an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Consultant of various privately held companies in Arizona and has held financial management roles in the personnel and real estate finance services industries.

Murali Talluri

Dr. Murali Talluri, MD-CMO

Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Talluri graduated in 1981, he specializes primarily in Family Practice. Backed by more than 34 years experience, Dr. Talluri is renowned for his dedication and commitment to patient care and is a home health advocate. Besides a series of renowned qualifications and certifications, Dr. Talluri also specializes in treating patients with drug and alcohol addiction.

Jocelyn Guillen

Jocelyn Guillen, PM

Jocelyn was born and raised in Phoenix. She attended the University of Arizona in Tucson where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Upon graduation, she moved back to Phoenix and has been with Cholla Medical Group since late 2017. As Project Manager, she manages multiple projects that have a direct impact on improving medical operations. In her spare time, she enjoys the company of family and friends, reading, and exploring new places.

Dr. Roselavender Richards

Dr. Roselavender Richards, M.D.

Dr. Richards knew from a very young age that she would someday become a doctor. She began her education at Georgetown University where she earned her B.A. in Sociology. She went on to receive her Medical Degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, followed by her residency in Internal Medicine at Franklin Square Hospital in Maryland.

In her 30+ years as a physician, Dr. Richards has filled various roles such as Primary Care Provider, Community Physician as well as Medical Director. She has worked in diverse areas of the medical field as well, from preventive medicine to hospice care.

Dr. Richards’ passion for helping people has guided her not only through her work experiences, but in a volunteer capacity as well. She has assisted refugees in finding the help they need and to regain control of their futures. Dr. Richards’ objective has always been to provide care and services that enable people to lead better lives.

Teresa Gonzales

Teresa Gonzales, FNP-C

Teresa grew up in Hayden, AZ. She wanted to be a nurse since she was in high school and her education took her to Phoenix College where she received her Associate of Science in Nursing in 2006. While working as an intensive care unit nurse, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2010. As her career in nursing progressed, she decided to go back to school and received her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017 from Grand Canyon University. Outside of work Teresa enjoys camping and spending time with her family.

Letitia Meyer

Letitia Meyer, FNP-C

Letitia is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. She became a nurse in 2011 after graduating from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Her favorite aspect of nursing is the relationships that can be developed, whether it is for one hour or several months of knowing a patient. Her background is in acute care, specializing in cardiovascular services. In 2014 she went back to school to become a nurse practitioner to serve in the primary care setting after working alongside patients with chronic conditions that lacked ambulatory resources. In 2017 she graduated from Grand Canyon University. Her favorite activities include hiking and exploring new places in Arizona.

Anna Manalo

Anna Manalo, FNP-C

Anna has been a nurse for 27 years. She finished her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Manila Doctors College in the Philippines.

Arizona has been Anna’s home for 15 years. She finished her Masters of Science degree in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner program at University of Phoenix in 2013 with a national accreditation from American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Anna’s passion is to care for her patients. Her main objectives for each and every patient are to promote, maintain, supervise, and restore health, identify health risks, and assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic illnesses are her main objective for each and every patient.

Aside from caring for her patients, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.

Terri Noyes

Terri Noyes, RN BSN

Terri is an Arizona native who has over 20 years of nursing experience, providing care to patients of all ages in a variety of settings. She served 10 years of active duty service for the U.S. Army caring for patients all over the world to include military soldiers and their family members. Prior to joining the Cholla family, she worked as an academic counselor and nursing instructor at both the University of Phoenix and Penn Foster College. Terri earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas while stationed in San Antonio. She is currently working towards her Master’s degree at the University of Phoenix – Family Nurse Practitioner program. Outside of work, Terri dedicates her free time to rescuing and fostering homeless cats and dogs until they can be placed in their forever homes.

Veronica Moraga

Veronica Moraga, PSS-TL

Veronica is our Team Leader for our Patient Services Specialist department.  She joined Cholla Medical Group, Inc. in early March of 2017 after deciding to make a difficult career change from Department of Corrections to the Medical field. Veronica is currently the Operations Team Lead for Cholla Medical and is responsible for a variety of administrative functions. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with the patients and the camaraderie she shares with her coworkers. Veronica likes to spend her free time doing outdoor activities, listening to music, being with family and friends and spending quality time with her daughter.

Melissa Espinoza

Melissa Espinoza, PSS

Melissa is our Patient Services Specialist and has been in the medical field since 2011 when she started as a caregiver in a memory care unit. Her extensive experience in both direct patient care and administrative functions made her a perfect fit for Cholla Medical Group. Melissa is very passionate about providing concierge patient care and making sure every patient is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Her goal is to become a Registered Nurse and ultimately becoming a Nurse Practitioner. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Jessika Christensen

Jessika Christensen, MA-TL

Jessika is our Back Office Medical Assistant and leads the Back Office Clinical Team. She graduated from Carrington College in Mesa, AZ with her Medical Assistant degree in 2012. With over six years of experience, she offers a variety of skills and a sincere approach to patient care. As a concierge medical professional, she interacts with patients and families on a daily basis. When not leading her team, she enjoys exploring the outdoors or walking her dogs.

Briana Ponce

Briana Ponce, MA

Briana attended Pima Medical Institute and graduated in 2015 with a Medical Assistant Certificate. She has been with Cholla Medical Group for a year and half. Briana’s hands-on approach to caring for her patients is a passion that has been with her since an early age. She makes a daily personal goal to bring smiles to all her patients. When not assisting doctors, she enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors, especially camping with all her family.

Alexis Garcia

Alexis Garcia, MA

Alexis went to Pima Medical Institute and graduated in 2015 with a Medical Assistant Certificate. She has been with Cholla Medical Group for a year and half. Alexis brings her good communication skills to communicate with patients and families on a daily basis. She is an asset when it comes to legal paperwork and documents. When not assisting doctors, she enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.
